Staff Sergeant Felicia R. Rivers

Staff Sergeant Felicia R. Rivers enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1999 after graduating from Pensacola High School, where she participated in Air Force JROTC. She first served with the 96th Security Forces Squadron at Eglin Air Force Base before transferring to Robins Air Force Base in 2005 as a contract specialist with the Operational Contracting Division. Beyond her military duties, Rivers dedicated herself to serving others through community involvement and volunteer work, including supporting a local orphanage. Following her passing from cancer in April 2011, the Robins Airman Leadership School was dedicated in her honor in 2012 to recognize her outstanding character, service, and enduring legacy of leadership.
